Dj Gecho
Gerhard Pillay, known as GECHO, began his DJ journey in 2012, driven by a deep passion for music. Over time, he developed a versatile sound defined by carefully curated selections and smooth transitions. In 2018, he founded DopaNuke Music, a platform dedicated to showcasing DJ talent through quality mixes while building a strong creative community. Through this platform, GECHO highlights both emerging and established artists alongside his own work. By 2025, he expanded into live performances at bars, restaurants, and private events, bringing his sound to new audiences. He is also set to host the “Weekend Party Mix with Gecho” on Feel Good Radio — a high-energy show designed to kickstart weekend celebrations and get listeners moving. With ambitions to enter the club scene, he continues to grow his presence on larger stages. Focused, consistent, and forward-thinking, GECHO is steadily evolving as both a DJ and curator, committed to delivering memorable musical experiences and contributing to the broader music scene.
